The Story
How we got here.

Axon started with a simple observation: small businesses are leaving serious money on the table because they're doing manually what a well-built system could handle automatically. Not out of laziness — out of not knowing what was possible, or not having someone to build it for them.

We set out to build an AI back office for ourselves first. Audit intake, analysis, report generation, client follow-up — all automated. What took a day started taking an hour. What took an hour started taking minutes. The system worked, so we built a business around offering it to others.

The web design service came from the same root observation: most small businesses also don't have a website worth sending anyone to. Before you automate a business, you need a front door. So we built the front door first. For us. Then for clients. That's the path we walk everyone down — site first, system second, results throughout.

We're early. We're small on purpose. Every client we take gets our full attention — not a project manager, not a junior contractor. We do the work, we care about the output, and we don't disappear after delivery.
