Do I need to provide content and copy?+
Ideally yes — your words and your story are what make a site feel real. But if you need help, we can draft copy for you or work from bullet points and a conversation. We never invent specifics — anything we write, you review and approve before it goes live.
What if I don't have a logo or professional photos?+
It's more common than you'd think. We have a documented fallback process for every missing asset — typographic logos, placeholder-friendly layouts, and design approaches that look intentional without photography. We'll tell you exactly what we'd recommend before we build anything.
Who hosts the site? Will I be locked into anything?+
We deploy to Cloudflare Pages, which is free forever on their free tier and has no lock-in. You own the Cloudflare account, the code, and the deployment. If you ever want to move it, the code is standard HTML/CSS/JS that runs on any host. We don't want you dependent on us — we want you to have full control.
Can I update the site myself after launch?+
Yes. Every site we build ships with a plain-English README written for a non-technical person. Common updates — changing stats, adding testimonials, updating contact info — are documented with examples. For anything more complex, we're available for a low hourly rate or a small retainer.
How many revisions are included?+
Landing Page includes 2 revision rounds. Conversion Site includes 3. A "revision round" means you review the full site, send all feedback at once, and we implement everything in one pass. We've found this produces much better results than back-and-forth on individual changes.
What's the relationship between web design and your AI systems work?+
The website is usually the first step. Once you have a site that's capturing leads and converting visitors, that's when automation becomes worth building — automated lead response, follow-up sequences, scheduling, reporting. Every client we build a site for is a candidate for the full AI system. But there's no pressure — the site stands on its own.
